00:00When you are fighting the right war, then you have won even before the war has begun.
00:06Krishna never guaranteed a win to Arjun. Never.
00:09Gita is not made precious or valuable by the fact that Arjun won.
00:14That does not mean that you will no more fight.
00:16You will still fight and you will fight for the sake of external victory.
00:20Inwardly, you must know that there is no need to hurry.
00:23I am already home.
00:24I am complete at every point in the external journey.
00:29You should be definitely chasing great targets in the world.
00:33But even as you chase great targets, you must not suspend your contentment.
00:38It's not upon me. It's your thing.
00:40It has to be built by you.
00:41And irrespective of whatever I may do, I cannot do much on my own.
00:49This is not the age for solo kind of heroism.
00:52I need each of us to rise up and do as much as they can.
01:00Without you, I am nothing.
01:01So, one has to live both these things together.
01:15On one hand, as you said, one hurries towards the destination.
01:19That's the world of forms and appearances and names.
01:24Where the destination is always afar.
01:27So, one hurries.
01:28I too keep hurrying.
01:29So, in that world, the destination is always afar.
01:34And in some sense, the destination is unreachable.
01:39Because the kind of project that we are talking of, that will never be fully completed.
01:45So, the destination will never be fully reached.
01:48That's in the outer dimension.
01:51That the destination in some way will remain unreachable.
01:55So, you will constantly feel the need to hurry up, hurry up, hurry up, hurry up.
02:00And that's fine.
02:01That's fine.
02:02At the same time, there must be a point within you that is already at the destination.
02:08Already at the destination.
02:11Irrespective of where you have reached in the outer plane.
02:14So, even as you hurry, and you must hurry, you must hurry, in context of the discussion
02:23that we are having today, you know, do we have time?
02:26No.
02:27So, you must hurry.
02:28You must hurry.
02:29But also, you must know that if you are pursuing the right one, then the pursuant can happen only
02:39from the right centre.
02:39Which means you are already at the destination.
02:41Which means you are already at the destination.
02:45I put it this way, in context of the Gita.
02:48When you are fighting the right war, then you have won even before the war has begun.
02:56That does not mean that you will no more fight.
02:58You will still fight and you will fight for the sake of victory.
03:01You will still fight and you will fight for the sake of external victory.
03:06But inwardly, you are victorious even before the first shot has been fired or the first arrow in the Gita.
03:15Inwardly, you are victorious even before the battle has begun.
03:21Outwardly, you can win or lose or anything can happen.
03:25So, you will strive really hard to win.
03:29And in spite of all your external efforts, it is still possible that you might lose.
03:39Krishna never guaranteed a win to Arjun.
03:42Never.
03:42And there have been so many Arjuns who have lost.
03:47That's fine.
03:48That's fine.
03:50Gita is not made precious or valuable by the fact that Arjun won.
03:56No.
03:59Arjuns may win or Arjuns may lose.
04:01The real thing lies in having the truth represented by Krishna at the heart.
04:08That's where you start from.
04:11If the war starts from the realization that was imparted by Krishna in the form of Gita,
04:18if the war starts from there,
04:20then you have won even before shooting the first arrow.
04:27And you may still lose.
04:29Externally, you may still lose.
04:33It is possible.
04:35It was a very, very closely fought war.
04:40We know that.
04:43Any party could have won.
04:47Inwardly, you must know that there is no need to hurry.
04:52I am already home.
04:53And I am home, relaxed, and complete at every point in the external journey.
05:04Now, journey itself means incompletion.
05:06Because you have not reached the destination, that's why the journey is there.
05:09So, journey means incompletion.
05:10So, in the middle of that incompletion, you should be totally complete.
05:16You should be definitely chasing great targets in the world.
05:20But even as you chase great targets, you must not suspend your contentment.
05:26You must say, I am contented even as I chase and I hurry up.
05:31Yes, I am chasing, I am hurrying, I am striving, I am struggling.
05:37But even as all that is happening, I am still already home, satisfied, fulfilled, contented, alright, relaxed.
05:48Outwardly, I am totally stretched out, even tired.
05:56Inwardly, nothing tires me down.
06:00Inwardly, I am always relaxed.
06:02That's what one must meditate on.
06:05That's the difference, I can say, which has come after this moment.
06:09Yeah.
06:09The struggle was forever, has been there forever.
06:13The only difference is, outwardly, the struggle used to pull me away.
06:18And it was always like, life was always chaotic.
06:21Now, the difference is, chaos is there, but the clarity doesn't let me get in.
06:26You know, there is just an engagement with the chaos.
06:29It's not hurting me and dragging me with it.
06:31So, now, as you say, inwardly, you are already settled.
06:36You already know where you need to be.
06:38And then, still, you are just knowing that there is a lot to be done.
06:41And you still don't know what to do, how to do.
06:44You are just moving ahead without any direction, uncertainty.
06:48And just stepping ahead.
06:50I don't know, still there is a lot of chaos, I know.
06:53And you can handle that chaos only when there is a great order within.
06:59Then, all that chaos becomes wearable.
07:04Otherwise, that chaos will get to you.
07:07That chaos will make you go mad.
07:10Right?
07:11Which means, the more settled and relaxed and still you are internally,
07:16the more capable you are of inviting chaos externally.
07:21Jumping into chaos without fear.
07:23Because, now you know that chaos cannot reduce you or harm you.
07:29Internally, you must be still.
07:31Externally, you see, it's like this.
07:36Externally, work hard, very, very hard.
07:38Strive.
07:39And build a huge castle.
07:42The castle that is needed in these times.
07:44The project that is the demand of this age.
07:48Build all that.
07:50With your sweat, your blood, all your effort, resources, time, everything.
07:56But if all that comes down crashing, you should still be okay.
08:01If all that is taken away from you, you should still say, fine.
08:10I was already at the destination.
08:14So, externally, you can rob me, destroy me.
08:17Internally, you can do nothing to me.
08:19I am still my own master.
08:21I can only thank you for giving this to me.
08:26I really cannot.
08:27I mean, thank you is a very small word for you, sir.
08:30It's like I can forever be grateful.
08:32I am grateful.
08:33I am grateful.
08:34So much, sir.
08:36I don't know how to really say anything of this.
08:39Thank you so much.
08:40Just help me take the work ahead.
08:46This is genuinely, genuinely needed.
08:48I agree to that.
08:49So, continuing the same line,
08:52maybe inwardly, one comes to a point where nothing is needed.
08:58Maybe I can say I am at that point where,
09:01inwardly for myself,
09:03there is nothing more that I need.
09:05But outwardly, I need a lot.
09:08And that has to come from you.
09:11I need you to take this thing ahead.
09:14Listen, I went back to the academy.
09:18I am saying this for the first time.
09:20I have never actually disclosed.
09:21Isn't it right?
09:22You are in front of me.
09:23I got it.
09:24I got it.
09:26I got it.
09:27Thank you so much.
09:28Thank you so much.
09:29Thank you so much.
09:29You see, please, please adopt this as your own baby.
09:34This is not my work.
09:37With me, without me,
09:40till the time I am here or after me.
09:42This is your work, your job.
09:46You get this.
09:49In spirit of the first question itself.
09:51It's not upon me.
09:53It's your thing.
09:55It's your thing.
09:59It has to be built by you.
10:02And irrespective of whatever I may do,
10:06my efforts,
10:08or my intelligence,
10:09or whatever,
10:10or the lack of it,
10:11whatever,
10:13I cannot do much on my own.
10:16This is not the age for solo kind of heroism.
10:23I need each of us to rise up
10:25and do as much as they can.
10:30Without you, I am nothing.
