00:00Coming in front of the camera and displaying a few physical poses and passing that off as yog, that is not at all yog.

00:06That's a stretching exercise or that could be strength exercise without using external weights.

00:12No, stretching and strength building, this is not at all yog.

00:16I'm not denying the importance of this.

00:18Everybody should have a flexible body. Stretching is great.

00:20We all must have powerful muscles.

00:22So, having a well-tuned and strong body is again great.

00:25But please, that is not yog.

00:27Let's not corrupt the very concept itself.

00:29You have ample gurus who will come over and say,

00:32Oh, you know, you do this and then you can do whatever you want to do.

00:36Now, the moment you hear this kind of phraseology that yog will help you do better whatever you want to do,

00:43I suppose one must run away because that's exactly antithetical to yog.

00:49That's the evil in it.

00:50Whatever we want to do, why do you want to do whatever?

00:53Why don't you do that which is right?

00:55And yog is about that itself, doing what is right, not doing whatever.
