00:20And just hours after Jussie Smollett was arrested, several outlets report that he went back to work on the Empire set.

00:27However, he has since been written off the show.

00:29Now recall he was arrested and accused of filing a false report claiming he was the victim of a hate crime.

00:34But if you're wondering why the hell the popular actor would pay to get assaulted, you're not alone.

00:40At a press conference in Chicago, the police superintendent said,

00:43I'm left hanging my head and asking why.

00:45Why would anyone, especially an African-American man, use the symbolism of a noose to make false accusations?

00:52To make things even more confusing, the site also reports federal law enforcement are still investigating

00:57and are 100% certain Jussie wrote the letter himself.

01:26Cardi B recently defended Khloe against fans, aka haters, who were saying that she deserved what happened to her.

01:33In fact, we're hearing exclusively this really has Cardi upset on multiple levels.

01:37She knows how it feels to be heartbroken over infidelity and also knows what it's like to have a child involved.

01:43I can only imagine it makes things a thousand times worse.

01:46Speaking of Cardi's child, she just posted an adorable video of culture jamming out to one of Offset's songs.

02:15Well, TMZ obtained police body cam footage from the incident showing Lil Pump and his manager shouting.

02:21At one point, Lil Pump repeatedly told cops that the bag that smelled like weed was definitely not his.
