00:25Alright, let's start today's video with Kourtney Kardashian reflecting on the origins of keeping up.
00:29Kourt told People Magazine they introduced Ryan Seacrest to my mom and then we made a reel and it was just picked up right away.
00:37She continued saying,
00:38I think something happened with the, like, Lindsay Lohan show and they needed filler.
00:44And so they were like, oh, this is going to be a one-season thing.
00:48However, as we know, the show went on to be a hit and far exceed that one season.
00:53And speaking of keeping up, in a new preview for tonight's episode,
00:56we see Khloe, Kim, and Scott discuss the family's relationship with Caitlyn Jenner and Sophia Hutchins.
01:02In the clip, both Kim and Khloe make it clear they don't have any beef with Cait,
01:06but they're just too busy to check in with her as often as they'd like to.
01:10From there, the sisters question Kris' feelings and wonder if the topic of Cait is emotionally draining for her.
01:16But the girls don't have to wonder how their mom feels anymore.
01:20Kris recently opened up to the Wall Street Journal on the topic
01:23and revealed that going through Cait's transition was a learning experience.
01:28She said,
01:28I had no experience in anything like that, so you're just trying to understand.
01:34I'm the kid's mom and trying to navigate.
01:36That was honestly hard because I wanted to be the best parent I could be
01:40and I didn't always know what that meant.
01:43She went on to say her relationship with Cait today is very respectful.
01:47And while we're on the subject of the Wall Street Journal interview,
01:50let's talk about Kris' divorce advice to Kim.
01:53The mom and her said,
01:54I think the most important thing I learned through my experience,
01:57both of my experiences, is that the kids come first.
02:01If you keep that in the front of your mind
02:03and know that they are going to get you through,
02:05the love is going to get you through.
02:07You know, no matter how much you're hurting.
02:10Kris continued,
02:11I used to put everybody to bed
02:13and then I would be upset or go to my room and cry myself to sleep.
02:17But I didn't want to have a pity party in front of the kids.
