37:36at the hospital i'm in my room i get to relax for a while so that's my plan my name is tyre i'm 35
37:44years old and i live in modesto california today i'm finally going to get my gastric sleeve surgery
37:50i am terrified and nervous and scared just praying for a fast safe surgery
37:58coming out of surgery the first thing i remember is the anesthesiologist trying to wake me up he's
38:23calling my name and i'm having a hard time breathing
38:30i just was really i felt like i was high
38:35um and everything was just like a blur
38:39heartburn or gas or something
38:40there's a lot of fucked up in that
38:44but i finally got the surgery done and i did it this is a big step towards some of the goals that i
38:50want to accomplish everything's good my blood work high blood pressure under control so

39:09okay so it's day four um had surgery on thursday right now it's monday i'm feeling pretty good i was
39:17able to down an entire protein shake haven't had that much pain um other than like the gas pain
39:24occasionally with the surgery i know that the weight loss isn't going to be instant but the goal is to
39:29lose five pounds every week so i really have to be strong and find the discipline to stick to this
39:35strict diet my decisions are good looks good i went and i changed them i like made them extra secure
39:43yesterday we had a party for my niece she turned 13 and um went over to my sister's house and everyone
39:49was eating and drinking i just sipped on my gatorade all day so yeah it's not easy and um
39:57yeah that's it let that sunshine hit your face all we need is kiss guys in the summertime
40:04it fits yes oh my god when i first got this shirt it was like stuffed on me like i couldn't even breathe in it
40:18so it's been three months since my weight loss surgery how am i looking
40:24not yet still big but getting there now i can fit it and i feel really good
40:31you know oh my god i just feel so much better to make me feel great man it's really emotional
40:43i feel a lot more confident i feel a lot more comfortable i've been doing really good with
40:47the lifestyle changes and i've been working out going to the gym and i'm officially down 80 pounds
40:53which is amazing i feel great i'm feeling like a whole new person i'm still not exactly where i want
40:59to be at but i know that it's a process and i'm really happy with the progress that i've made so
41:04far i feel like i'm finally like in control of my life and now it feels like the world is finally my
