00:15fair you needed a female host because it's about Oceans 8. It's just not
00:19really right for you to do it and also you haven't even seen the original movie
00:22so you know I just figured we'll do it together and we'll be THRs too. Can I
00:28wear the blaze? No. Okay, starting off on the list, number five is the two-fold plan
00:38for Oceans 13 and the fact that they bring Terry Benedict into the mix after
00:42the entire plot of Oceans 12 was incited because of Benedict insisting to be
00:46repaid for the money they stole from him in Oceans 11. Who's Terry Benedict? That
00:49would be Andy Garcia. Oh, okay. This is why you have to watch the movies. Let me
00:53break down this plan though. I have a handy-dandy whiteboard. So Oceans 13,
00:57two-fold plan. First part of the plan, ruin Al Pacino's diamond score. They set
01:02this whole thing up so that it's sabotaged. The other part of the plan is to
01:05steal a bunch of money and that requires use of a magnetron, which is pretty
01:08awesome. So Al Pacino, sad face, magnetron, awesome. Not Megatron, Transformer. So the
01:15plan was to give Al Pacino a bad Yelp rating and then fake an earthquake. If you
01:20call a five-diamond score Yelp. But yes, in short. Got it. Perfect plan. Cool.
01:26It's not stupid. Moving on to number four. They remove part of the top floor of the
01:30hotel casino in Oceans 13. What? No, what is number four though? I can't. There's
01:38diamonds. They want to take the diamonds. There's a helicopter. They rig it up and
01:42they take part of the top floor. It comes up. That happened. Yes. For real. It is crazy and
01:46convoluted, which is what this video is about. How many Oscars did this movie make?
01:51Number three. The entire third act of Oceans 11. There's all the trickery of the
01:55fake surveillance footage, the SWAT team stuff, duffel bags full of flyers instead
01:59of money. There was a lot going on. I feel like you glossed over the fact that they
02:05have duffel bags full of not money. I feel like they were trying to steal money
02:08not flyers, so I'm a bit confused on that detail. That's where the trickery comes from.
02:12Ah! They made not just Terry Benedict think that all of his money was in
02:16duffel bags, but they made the audience think that all the money was in there.
02:19We didn't know! Oh, they pulled the fast one on us! They pulled the fast one on the audience! The Clunes! See, it's fun!
02:25Number two. The first 20 minutes of Oceans 12. Oh yeah. It was basically all just an
02:30elaborate setup by the Night Fox to arrange a meeting with Danny Ocean. We're
02:33watching the movie and you think this heist that they're doing is gonna be the
02:38plot of the entire movie to some extent, and then they open up the safe and
02:43instead of the document that they were trying to steal being there, it's actually
02:46a little figurine. No! Which leads them to the Night Fox and then they get there and
02:51then the Night Fox, it's a Kessel, basically says, hey this is all an elaborate plan just
02:54to meet with you because I'm the best thief in the world. That is truly intriguing.

03:04Julia Roberts as Julia Roberts in Oceans 12. Wait, what? You look really confused. Just watch the clip.
