01:04district in the cafeteria. My name is Troy and I work in residential HVAC sales.
01:09Well, you're getting your steps in. Yep. We were introduced about two years ago and
01:13just did a bunch of hiking. We didn't stay on the trail. We did get lost. It was quite
01:17the adventure. We had an adventure on that one. And it was so new, I couldn't even be
01:21like, grumpy or anything. I had to be like, oh, it's okay. No big deal. I thought she was
01:26super cool and chill. I'm like, man, this gal is awesome. It was a little over a year when
01:30I bought the ring and got down on one knee and asked her to be my wife. I was thinking
01:38about a date night. I've owned a couple of homes with exes, but I currently live in a rental.
01:44I had a house out in the country that I grew up in. I decided to sell it and move in town.
01:50When Troy moved in, we decided to stay here for a little while while we save more money.
01:55We want that place where it's our place. We started it together. We'll finish it together.
01:59We'll start today. Let's do it. Her family and my family combined. We have
02:05seven kids, almost seven grandkids. We want to find a house that's the central hub where we can
02:10have everybody over. I think we can go between $400,000 to $600,000. I'm thinking more about $425
02:18range. Very top. We can go out on vacations more. Let's go big. I am definitely the spender
02:24in the relationship. I like the newer, the nicer, the shiny, the... I don't want to say show off
02:31things, but yeah, the show off things. I am a single mom. Like, you know, you struggle. I've never
02:37had that like ease, that feeling of ease. Let's keep it simple. Maybe three bedrooms. Just you and
02:43I don't need a whole lot of space. Four bedrooms, 3,000, 4,000 square feet. That's a lot of space. We definitely don't need that big of a house. It's a lot of cleaning, a lot of upkeep, a ranch style. Ranch style, yes. Get that laundry room on the same floor as the bedrooms. I would 100% agree with that. Beautiful kitchen with the granite countertops, some stainless steel appliances. Large island. I would like a turnkey home so we don't have projects. We can get more bang for our
03:13buck if we do a little sweat equity. Carpet. I do not like carpet. Hardwood floors throughout the whole house. Very consistent, easy to clean up. Wide open basement. What I'm missing that I didn't have in the last house was a pool, sit by and relax and have a cocktail. I don't think we need a pool. We have a lot of kids, a lot of grandkids, a lot of friends, a lot of parties to us. Let come a few times a year. Because we don't have the space here. I feel like we could accommodate, make do.
03:42Wide open spaces. If you have the open concept, you can see every single thing that is wrong. But if you have a wall in between the living room and the kitchen, you don't see that mess. I want three makers. Room, fours to ride, four wheelers and kind of get in a little bit of trouble. Probably won't be doing that in town. I'd like to stay as close to a grow as possible. It's closer to shopping, the stores. Okay. I'm glad to see we're on the same page.
04:07Honestly, I didn't even know this existed out here. Today, they're seeing a big ranch outside the town of Green Valley for Troy. And it's pricey at $600,000.
04:20We have been in the car for 20 minutes. There's nothing. Absolutely nothing. Exactly. That's the beauty of it.
04:28Where are we going to eat? There's no place to eat. Isn't that beautiful, though? Just wide open space. We're at our budget.
04:34Our or your? Just go into it with an open mind. Really nice. Look at all that. Hey, Rachel. Hey, guys. Hey. How was the drive out to the countryside? Awesome. Was it awesome, Marcy? We loved it. It was a long drive. Yeah, it is a little bit out here for sure. It was not a big deal at all. I mean, even you can admit it's beautiful out here, right, Marcy? It is very pretty.
05:00But it's a lot of money. I know it's pricey, but this house was recently renovated top to bottom.
05:05This would be a nice little gathering spot. You could sit out here in your pajamas and bathrobe. No one would know.

05:17Have an entryway right when you walk in. Kind of an old school feature to have.
05:22I grew up with both Troy and Marcy's kids separately, so I already know what I'm getting into when it comes to the differences in personality with them.
05:30This house is obviously basically everything Troy has been dreaming of. It's really large. It's on acreage.
05:36But I think it has a lot of features that Marcy will really like as well. It has really nice finishes, massive kitchen island.
05:43So I think if she can keep an open mind on price point, this one might surprise her.
05:47Do you guys have a need for a home office? Not so much, but maybe a playroom for the grandkids.
05:52Let's go take a look at the living room. I think you're going to like it.
05:55Oh, this is big and wide open. Yeah, this is really pretty.
05:58A little bit more defined space from the living room and the kitchen would be okay, but I like the fireplace.

06:09I'm envisioning a huge dining room table. We've got a large family.

20:32I had to give up on the land a little bit, but I love the basement, the walkout.
