00:00Selena Gomez opens up about her new song lyrics, Offset reveals what culture bumps in her crib,
00:08plus Ariana Grande's new future may not be good as hell.
00:14Hey guys, it's Devante for Hollywood Life with your pop-hop roundup,
00:17starting with more Drake birthday party news because Adele was in attendance as well.
00:21However, Skepta was reportedly nowhere to be found,
00:24so I'm surprised headlines aren't accusing her of flirting with Drake while she was there.
00:28But sticking with Drake's party, French Montana was there as well,
00:31and gave the Canadian rapper a $175,000 diamond-encrusted cuff that spells his name.
00:37Drake took the IG to show off the drip in a story caption, Coke Boy's DVD-era gift.
00:42Moving on to Lizzo and Ariana Grande because they dropped the remix of Good As Hell,
00:46and while some fans were loving it, others were pointing out how Ariana adds nothing to it.
00:50Like this fan that said Good As Hell remix is unnecessary,
00:53Ariana's part is so small I can't even remember it.
00:56This fan claimed the remix was pointless, and this one might be leaning towards sarcasm,
01:01saying I love Ariana's part in Good As Hell, she got three whole sentences.
01:05But alright, let's switch gears to Offset.
01:07The Mego member spoke with Billboard recently,
01:09and went into full dad mode when talking about Culture's favorite song.
01:13What is Culture's favorite song to dance to?
01:18Right now I think it's Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes, because she knows it now like Head,
01:22Shoulders, Knees, and Toes. So she interacts, she's very interactive, like she don't like,
01:27well she do like it, but I think like Baby Shark, she kind of grew past that, because now,
01:32you know, babies get to a point where they want to learn, and learning is fun with them, and so
01:37I think the head, shoulders, and toes, that's one of the songs she's got. And she's still like apples
01:43and bananas on YouTube. She know that word for word.
01:46And flipping back to the pop side of things, let's talk about Selena Gomez. The singer made
01:51her comeback this week, and recently spoke with Ryan Seacrest about her lyric,
01:55in two months you replaced us. Going through a breakup, it sucks. We think it is worse,
02:02the two months lyric that you have in there. That part of it, for us, would be worse than going
02:06through a breakup. It's having to see someone with someone else so fast. Yeah, and that, I think,
02:12you know, I'm really grateful too, because I've actually experienced that a million times before,
02:18and that's the unfortunate part about what I do. So it's all very real to me, and I'm sure it's
02:25just entertainment for other people, but I just, I think I had become numb to it. And it would be
02:32stupid of me if I didn't acknowledge what I had felt, because it would be inauthentic,
02:37and that's everything I claim to be and do. And I know there are thousands of people, men and women,
02:42who have felt this feeling, and it's extremely real. And on top of the social media and everything,
02:48it doesn't matter if you're in my position, or if you're in someone else's, because you're always going
02:52to somehow find this, like, this negative space. It's just, that's what, that's why I have to be
03:00careful, and I just have to take steps back and just focus on what I'm doing and no one else.
03:06What's interesting is that even though Selena is calling someone else out for doing that to her,
03:10she's not quite innocent herself. In the past, she was spotted with Justin right after breaking
03:14up with The Weeknd. No shade, just saying. But alright, hit that sub, like, and bell button. Stick with
