00:00Nothing called a coaching industry exists in China.
00:04In fact, this kind of an industry does not exist anywhere except in India.
00:08Small centers for career counseling and test preparation is one thing.
00:14And a full-fledged city like Kota is another thing.
00:19It's an entirely different dimension.
00:21I strongly feel the number of attempts must be restricted.
00:26Also, the upper age limit must be set with discretion.
00:32You cannot allow people to continue taking the exam right into their 30s, mid-30s and in some cases even into their 40s.
00:43You cannot allow that.
00:44What are you doing to the youth of this country?
00:48But the government has a stake in letting this happen.
00:51Otherwise, the government would become accountable.
00:54Jobs will need to be provided.
00:56If not jobs, then at least an environment conducive to entrepreneurship will need to be created.
01:02So the government is very happy.
01:04The entire young section of the population, full of energy, is busy just squandering its years, preparing for a particular examination.
01:14And they will not rise to assert themselves, to demand their rights.
01:22And by the time they are through with the process, they are spent, old and without any spunk.
01:30So there is now no danger from them.
