For retailers everywhere, the Christmas period is usually their most profitable time of the year. But there are some stores that manage to sell Christmas all year round.

00:09One of the oldest family-run Christmas stores in Sydney
00:12has kept its doors open in the city's southwest
00:15for nearly 30 years.
00:17We were in Lebanon in the Middle East

00:21and we saw a lot of decorations that they had
00:23that we didn't have in Australia
00:25and they had access to a lot more.
00:27So we thought Australia should have them more.
00:29Some items attract collectors from across the country.

00:46This is our first time hosting Christmas
00:48so I have a lot of shopping to do.

00:56but shops like these are open year round.
00:59It means owners have to get creative

01:34and the Muslims were coming for Ramadan
01:36so everybody was coming in.
01:37So even though it's a Christmas shop,
01:39everyone needs lights.
