00:00Sous-titrage Société Radio-Canada
00:30You feel so incredibly lucky as an actor, you come in and it is such a brilliantly well-oiled machine.
00:36I don't think Game of Thrones is like anything anybody's ever experienced. It is its own beast.
00:41Not only do you have nearly 600 script pages, but you've got six different directors and five different DPs,
00:47and you've got 19 weeks of shoot using two parallel units. It is madness.
00:52These scripts this season by far are my favorite, not just for me but for all the characters,
00:57and you don't have it figured out when you think you do.
01:00The challenge was to keep the story fueled with action and energy and surprises,
01:05and they've introduced some new characters, some new cities, whole new plot elements
01:10that taken together surpass the success of the first three seasons brilliantly.
01:14It feels fantastic to be back during the fourth season of the show,
01:18a show that keeps expanding every year.
01:21Every year you're visiting not just new locations in the same world, but new societies and new cultures.
01:28What's so exciting about this season is that, yes, it's epic. Yes, it's sprawling.
01:33For me, this season, the story just gets more intense and complex.
01:41It's a wonderful show to do. The scripts are impeccable.
01:44We have terrific directors, dare I say it, bloody good actors,
01:48and absolutely compelling storylines.
