A Navy service member brought a restaurant to a standstill after walking in to surprise her mother on her birthday.
Abby McCool, from Chicago, Illinois, USA, had the emotional moment as she entered the restaurant in uniform carrying a bouquet of flowers.
Her mother immediately covered her mouth in shock before breaking into tears and pulling Abby into a long hug.
The clip shows relatives and diners smiling, applauding, and witnessing the family reunion as Abby greets each family member who had no idea she was coming home.
Abby asked the restaurant manager to film the emotional moment which he did without hesitation.
Viewers shared their appreciation for the heartfelt moment.
