00:17Transco o National Transmission Corporation ang nag-apply para sa pangongolekta nito,

00:22na layong makibalik ang investment ng mga producer o developer ng renewable energy tulad ng solar, power at wind energy sa ilalim ng Green Energy Auction Program ng Pamahalaan.
