01:00Businesses are aiming to upskill their employees.

01:0468% of the workers are required to upskill, but only 38% are already trained.

01:12A.C. is trying to upskill in AI so that they won't be left behind.

01:27According to Dominic Vincent Ligot, Head of AI and Technology of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines,

02:23What happened is they just started using Excel.

02:36they still believe in personal touch and connection when it comes to work.

02:41It would still be important to have a human factor in all of our operations.
