00:55But okay, on to some hard news. As you may have already heard, Chris Brown has been detained in Paris, France for suspicions of alleged sexual assault and narcotics offenses.
01:04The site reports investigators have 48 hours to decide whether they're going to let Chris go or file preliminary charges.
01:10The site also claims if charges are filed, the prosecutor can ask the judge to either keep Chris in custody until the trial or let him go under the condition that he surrenders his passport.
01:20He would then have to stay in Paris pending a trial which can take up to a year and would be required to visit a police station every two weeks to ensure he's still in Paris.
01:29This is also happening just days after Chris was spotted at Lacer Club Saturday night with Amika Harris, a new girl he's reportedly dating.
