00:14So the exercise is what I am going to perform is like having resistance band and two saucer.
00:21We just have to wear the resistance band in our both hands and we have to place a two
00:29saucer in the wall and one hand we should stabilize and another hand we should give the movement
00:35against the resistance like full direction, how much you can go like that and come to
00:41the same point and go with another direction, again come to the same point and go to the
00:46other direction and come to the same point.
00:49So after you are finishing in other hand, go with opponent hand like same one direction
00:57and come to the same point, other direction come to the same point, another direction
01:01come to the same point.
01:03So this will improve the shoulder strength and all shoulder griddles, mid trapezius, rhomboids,
01:11all scapulas, muscles will get improved.
