'Fighters' Falcons secure stunning comeback win in Tampa

Kyle Pitts says that there's nothing he loves more than scoring and contributing to the Atlanta Falcons.

00:00You know, these guys, they're fighters, man.

00:03And they went out there and went into halftime and they talked about it.

00:06We talked about what we need to do.

00:08We went out there and was able to execute, got down early,

00:11watch the guys go out there and fight, overcome a couple of drop passes,

00:14overcome a couple of things, overcome a couple of touchdowns.

00:16Officials are a great matter and now we got to keep playing.

00:20We'll go clean up the penalties and do what we need to do or whatever it is.

00:22But I was so proud, so proud of the fight, so proud of the guys,

00:25the toughness led by their leaders, Kyle Pitts showing up in a major way.

00:29But John Robinson showing up in a major way and our defense standing up when

00:32necessary and then obviously finishing off with special teams right there.

00:35Yeah, I mean, Kyle continues to just be a great talent when it comes to his ability

00:38to separate and run and obviously he's a big frame.

00:41And, you know, Zach did a great job, you know, designing,

00:45especially on a short week, designing ways to get Kyle opportunities.

00:49And we were able to take advantage of him.

00:51But I did feel that, you know, between Zach and Kyle,

00:55they did a lot of great things tonight to give me a chance to, you know,

00:58to get it to him.

00:59That's great.

01:00I love scoring, love contributing to this offense and this team.

01:02And I'm glad, you know, it helped enough get a win.

01:04That's not really just for me.

01:05It's just trying to get wins.

01:07Wins feel good.

01:07You know, this would be a good plane ride back for the team.

01:10And I just feel good that I was a part to contribute and, you know,

01:13happy for my guys.
