00:42As we just reported, Cardi and Offset's marriage certificate shows that they've been secretly married since September 20th, 2017.

01:32They just asked for privacy and I guess Melinda's just really good at keeping secrets.
01:37Maybe that's because Melinda never met Cardi or Offset prior to their marriage.
01:41TMZ reports the two rap legends just wore pants and a t-shirt.
01:45They exchanged traditional vows but nothing was personalized.
01:48Fun fact, if you want to get married by Cardi's minister, Melinda told TMZ her standard rate for home ceremonies is between $500 and $1,000.
