00:20And he's in the real estate world.

00:23I've been talking to him, I think the first time was maybe three years ago.

00:26He was like, hey, if I ever wanted to also do brokerage

00:29so that I could, you know, renovate my own houses

00:31and then sell them, what would that be like?

00:33And I gave him some advice, some tips.
