00:00Just ill-founded, no consultation with the staff, no consultation with local people,
00:04no real understanding of what the post office is still a service and should remain a service for
00:11local communities. And it's something I feel really angry about is like taking services
00:15away from small towns just because they don't make enough money. But public services are not
00:20supposed to make money, they're supposed to cost the government money for the service of the people.
00:30And to a sub post office, what that means is reducing services which will impact significantly on
00:49businesses and moving the counters to the front and reducing counters from at the moment two to one.
00:56The post office and the front counter always have so many people in the queue.
01:14It just seems really impractical. It seems like the decision has been made by somebody who's never
01:18actually been to this post office.
