Girl hurts herself while carving pumpkins with her friend for Halloween

Rachel shared this clip of her and her friend diving into the Halloween spirit with a pumpkin carving session that didn’t quite go as planned.

Her friend slipped and nearly cut her thumb, ending up in need of stitches.

The real twist came when Rachel’s concern wasn’t about the injury at all.

''I was bothered about my cream rug and getting blood on it,'' she told WooGlobe.

So much for spooky pumpkins; it turns out the scariest thing that night was a potential rug stain.
