00:23JB spent the big 2-4 with several close friends you might recognize from his church.
00:28Pastor Carl Lentz, Judah Smith, Ryan Goode, and then his manager, Scooter Braun.
00:33It was a full day of events. First, they met up for a quick lunch in West Hollywood.
00:37Then a caravan of limos pulled up and took them to a go-kart racetrack in Selmore, California.
00:43E! reports Justin was being super competitive and going faster than anyone else.

00:53We also talked to an eyewitness who spotted Justin at Dave & Buster's, briefly at least.
00:59Justin and buddy Alfredo Flores showed up without any security, played a couple games, but then were recognized and they had to bolt.
01:06What's funny about this is, of course, Selena Gomez spent $30,000 renting out Dave & Buster's for the weekend's 27th birthday when they were together.

01:29Now, it may seem strange Sel wasn't included in this day-long birthday celebration, but our reporter in LA, Russ Weekland, is telling us this isn't a surprise.
01:38If Selena tagged along, the whole thing would have turned into a Jelena circus with fans and paparazzi chasing them around.
01:45It would have made it impossible for Justin to have a normal day.
01:48However, let's point out a Thursday birthday is pretty cool because you can really pull the whole birthday weekend vibe and roll the party right into Friday and Saturday.
