00:00At least 22 people were killed overnight when two four-story residential buildings collapsed in the Moroccan city of Fez,

00:09officials said on Wednesday the second fake-tile building collapsed in the city this year.

00:14Taria, a neighbor who rushed to the scene after hearing a loud commotion,
