00:05lawsuit. Her kids Apple and Moses Martin both testified today at the civil case between their
00:10mother and retired optometrist Terry Sanderson. Recall Sanderson accused the actress of skiing
00:16into him causing multiple injuries and then leaving the scene during a 2016 vacation in
00:21Deer Valley. Well Gwyneth Paltrow sued alleging that Sanderson skied into her but she is only
00:26seeking a dollar and attorney fees. Well Apple's testimony was read aloud in court by her mother's
00:31legal team today revealing that the 18 year old was skiing downhill when it all happened but
00:36she did hear some commotion. Upon meeting up with her mom in the lodge after the incident Apple
00:41recalled I noticed she looked a bit shocked and I asked what had happened and she said this a-hole
00:46ran into me. He ran right into my back. Apple said her mom was in a state of shock and decided that
00:52afterwards she was not going to ski for the rest of the day which he never does. She always stays
00:57on. Apple said she decided to get off because she was in shock and in a bit of pain. Apple's younger
01:02brother Moses also weighed in on the incident telling the court that he and his ski instructor
01:07witnessed the collision. He remembered the two skied over and both saw his mother and the person behind
01:12her. He said I realized the equipment that she was wearing because I know what she wears when she skis
01:18and then I realized that it was my mom. So I was standing around and I realized that it was my
01:23mother and she was yelling at the guys saying something along the lines of what the f word
01:28you just ran into me. Moses also said that his instructor tried to address the situation and get
01:34everyone out of the situation safely. Sanderson alleged that the actress crashed into him and
01:39knocked him down hard knocking him out and causing a brain injury. He also claims that he suffered four
01:45broken ribs and more injuries from the incident and alleges that Gwyneth and her ski instructor skied
01:50away instead of getting him medical help. He's seeking $300,000 in damages after initially attempting
