01:10My daughter was down the hill, my son was to my left, so I was skiing.

01:18My eyes were not fixated only on my son when Mr. Sanderson skied directly into my back.

01:24I was skiing, and two skis came between my skis, forcing my legs apart,

01:30and then there was a body pressing against me, and there was a very strange grunting noise.

01:37So my brain was trying to make sense of what was happening.

01:40I thought, is this a practical joke? Is someone doing something perverted?

01:46This is really, really strange.

01:48My mind was going very, very quickly, and I was trying to ascertain what was happening.

01:53So skis slide between, you kind of freeze, you end up, maybe your skis kind of cross,

02:02you end up going down.

02:05Would you agree that Mr. Sanderson fell to the ground and then you fell on top?

02:10I don't know if it was simultaneous. I don't remember.

02:24And that's when you were furious and said, you skied directly into my effing back
