02:03Today, you've got the CEOs of the biggest financial institutions like JP Morgan, BlackRock, State Street, Bank of New York, Chairman.

02:13You know, all the big institutions are all here.

02:15As I said, Abu Dhabi Finance Week this year will convene CEOs, presidents, chairmen and founders of institutions

02:21that will collectively manage 63 trillion U.S. dollars, over 50% of the global GDP.

02:27It's incredible.

02:27When you're assessing global economics and the assets that different firms manage

02:34and all of the different asset classes that they manage through,

02:38so you could have asset classes in real estate, you could have asset classes in the bond market,

02:42the stock market, public equities, you could have alternatives, you could have VC,

02:47you could have private equity, so you've lots of different asset classes that different asset managers actually run.

02:53And again, there are some investment management companies out there that might manage

02:57over a trillion dollars alone across dozens of different asset classes.

03:03And these companies can truly move global markets.

03:06What they do and how they manage these assets for wider shared prosperity and economic growth

03:11is just incredibly consequential.

03:13This is a really good question.

03:16And there are 40 plus official partners of the week, each of whom do their own programs in the week.

03:27But there are also hundreds and hundreds of much smaller partnerships

03:31where different people come in and convene different aspects that are important to them.

03:36But if you think of what a community is, a community is just a series of partnerships.

03:43It's a series of collaborations.

03:44It's people working together to help each other out.

03:47It's mutual exchange of benefits and it's all done for shared prosperity.

03:52So the whole idea of Abu Dhabi Finance Week rests very critically on these partnerships.

03:57We as organizers cannot convene 850 speakers and half the world's GDP

04:03and thousands of different companies flying in from across the world.

04:07We can't do that alone.

04:09We rely very much on our community to get together, to mobilize behind the event and the platform

04:14and to be able to help us to put it all together.

04:16So it's all about partnerships.

04:17We are very aware, and all the world's great economists agree,

04:22that the Gulf region is going through an incredible moment in time

04:27where the economic growth just keeps happening and happening.

04:30We're calling it here in Abu Dhabi a falcon economy, okay?

04:34The Gulf falcon, similar to the tiger economies of places like Singapore and Hong Kong,

04:39the GCC region is going through a falcon economy.

04:42As someone who has come here to live in the GCC four or five years ago,

04:46I'm incredibly impressed and incredibly honored and grateful

04:49to be able to witness this from a ringside seat

04:51and to be able to see the growth of this incredible region.

04:54is the key in the GCC movement.

04:56And it's a huge range of hurdles with these specific cities in the GCC european where it is.

04:57And it's also the key in the GCC,

04:58which is the key in the GCC and the VF platform.

04:59But it's just an important thing,

05:01because of the GCC in the GCC's,
