33:33Sam and Paul, you are being interviewed in relation to conspiracy to murder.
33:38On Monday the 27th of March 2023, you attended a family court hearing custody of your son,
33:46who you shared with Joshua Dunmore.
33:48Then, on Wednesday the 29th of March 2023, Joshua Dunmore was shot and murdered at his
33:53home address.
33:54So you're saying to me, the first time you were aware that something had happened was
34:04when the police came to the Holiday Inn this morning, and you're saying you are not implicated
34:09that in any way.
34:13I don't understand if this is correct.
34:15Yours and Sam's plan is to start a life in America.
34:18And obviously, the problem you've got is being co-parents, being Josh, and they don't
34:23want him to go to America by the sound of it.

35:16The one that occurred this Monday, basically, they're saying that no decision was made.
35:23In relation to Stephen, he'd come to the hotel that evening with them after court, and was
35:41being very helpful, very logical about it, was putting forward ideas about how they could
35:46solve the situation.
35:48There was no inkling, as far as Paul was concerned, as to what was happening in the
35:53course, obviously, last night.
35:56Samantha's account is very similar.
36:00She's obviously very upset about what's happened.
36:02She said that she'd spoken to Stephen about it on the Monday after the hearing, and they,
36:08although he was disappointed with it, he seemed pretty OK.

36:23She said originally she didn't have a great deal to do with her dad, but their relationship
36:28only kind of really formed after her mum died in December of 2019.
36:33He meets her every single morning at the hotel.
36:39So, she said he gets up early, always has done, and he meets them there.

37:26The last one they saw Stephen, they were at McDonald's Wednesday afternoon, and he dropped
37:35off a buggy for them.
37:37She said that she had no contact with her dad that evening, so that's their last contact
37:42they have with him, and that's about 2.45 in the afternoon.
37:47And she says he kind of sort of races away.
37:54She's really shocked.
37:55I mean, as far as she's concerned, they've put things in place, whatever the eventuality
37:59was going to be, whether they got custody, whether they didn't get custody.
