भारत ने अपनी राजधानी की सुरक्षा को लेकर एक ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाया है, जिसके बाद दुश्मन देश अब भारत की तरफ आँख उठाने से पहले सौ बार सोचेंगे। भारत सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र (Delhi-NCR) की सुरक्षा को अभेद्य बनाने के लिए एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है। अब दिल्ली की सुरक्षा विदेशी नहीं, बल्कि स्वदेशी मल्टीलेयर इंटीग्रेटेड एयर डिफेंस सिस्टम (IADWS) करेगा। यह सिस्टम मिसाइलों, ड्रोन्स और तेज रफ्तार वाले दुश्मन विमानों को हवा में ही नष्ट करने में सक्षम है। इसमें QRSAM और VSHORADS जैसी अत्याधुनिक मिसाइलें तैनात की जाएंगी।
