00:04The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum was granted her legally single status by a judge

00:09and has officially dropped West from her last name.

00:13According to TMZ, the now drama-free Skims founder attended the court hearing yesterday via video

00:18after filing to end her marriage, and Kanye was a no-show.

00:22Hollywood Life confirmed the results of the court hearing,

00:25and reportedly Ye's lawyer didn't object to restoring Kim's name,

00:28but did have three conditions, one of which was approved by the judge.

00:33The first was that any right to get reimbursement of money that's supposed to be divided up

00:37will be preserved in case either of them dies, which the judge allowed.

00:41However, the judge shot down the other two requests that Kim would not transfer any assets she had in a trust

00:47and that if she were to remarry, she would waive the marital privilege.

00:52According to TMZ, that privilege means a new spouse would not have to testify about communications he had with Kim.
