00:48As part of her health journey, she consulted doctors about losing excess weight
00:52and was prescribed weight loss medications, including Ozempic.
00:57She said it caused her to lose 30 pounds in a quick time frame and gave her rough side effects

01:34she told her followers she had started taking Manjaro instead of Ozempic,
01:39noting it's been great and that she is continuing to slim down,
01:42all while gaining back some energy and losing some more nasty symptoms.
01:47My symptoms from being in perimenopause disappeared, she said.
01:51My hair is fuller, my skin is better, and I have more energy.
