00:27In the piece, Kim reveals that Kanye had COVID at the start of the pandemic, possibly before even Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson revealed that they contracted it and lockdown orders became the norm.
00:39Kim revealed the situation was really scary for her because she was trying to take care of their four kids while also helping her husband out.
00:46She would go on and change his sheets with gloves and a face shield, and she would even help him out of bed when he wasn't feeling good.
00:53While worrying about the pandemic, Kim was also paying attention to the Black Lives Matter protests, and would have her children speak about what they've heard or picked up from the news.
01:03Kim says,
01:03I'm very open and honest with them.
01:05I don't want to give them too much information that they won't fully understand and that will give them anxiety.
01:11But they obviously sense that there is something going on.
01:15You have to keep it together and not be scared yourself.
01:18She's then asked about keeping up, coming to an end, and revealed that they haven't filmed their final confessionals for the final season yet, but she feels like she will be crying her eyes out.
01:29Kim revealed when the show ending was announced it was an emotional day for the family that she was crying all weekend and said it was just a really emotional decision.
01:37Apparently, Khloe's reaction was much different, as she told the family,
01:40it's not like we're dead, we're still here.
01:42As a memento, Kim requested to keep her personalized mic pack from the show.
01:47The KKW beauty mogul also recalls a gift she received from their longtime lighting guy,
01:53in which he thanked her and revealed that he was finally able to buy his first home after working for the show.
01:59When Kim is asked why the family decided to end keeping up,
02:02she claims they just needed a break and some time as a family to regroup.
02:07Most, if not all, members of the family want to focus on their children more.
02:10Kim claims the footage of the family during the lockdown orders will show a different side of them that fans haven't seen.
02:17When it comes to business, Kim reveals that her KKW beauty and KKW fragrance has a team of seven people.
02:25Seven.
02:26Apparently, it's just them coming up with ideas, campaigns, shoots, socials, and then outsourcing to get it produced.
02:32Kim also spoke about studying law and how her dad, Robert Kardashian Sr., would have loved it.
02:38And she's reminded of him when thinking about her 40th birthday.
02:40She also revealed prior to the pandemic, her birthday theme would have been something called
02:44Wild Wild Miss West 40th Birthday, and she even had a metal cowgirl costume made for it.
02:50She loves the look so much, she's going to hold off from revealing it until next year,
02:54so it can be more of a spectacle.
02:55Sounds fair.
