00:00Did you have any idea before you went on a date with Blake that he had sort of been involved with other women on the show?
00:06No, I had no idea. I went into it quite blindly.
00:10Okay. What can you say about how that all fleshes out over the course of the season?
00:15Because there's just, there's a lot of moving parts there.
00:19I feel like every day we discover something new, you know?
00:23So, it's a good season to watch, I'll tell you that much.
00:25Okay. And how was your experience on Bachelor in Paradise different for you than it was during Colton's season of The Bachelor?
00:33It was much more emotional for me.
00:36Okay.
00:36I definitely wore my heart on my sleeve and got myself into some sticky situations.
00:44And you're a veteran.
00:45Yeah.
00:45I mean, do you think you'll ever officially retire?
00:49Well, I thought I officially retired before, so clearly not.
00:51So, I don't think I can ever officially retire, because who knows, you know?
00:55What brought you back? Like, why were you like, okay, maybe I need to try this one more time?
01:01Yeah, you know, I was in a long relationship after my last time on Paradise,
01:04and I think after experiencing that and kind of being older and just more grounded,
01:10I think it just felt like a good time to come back.
01:11Okay.
01:12Would you, not knowing how the season fleshes out, would you be open to it again?
01:18I would never say no.
01:19What about you?

01:22Are you, both of you, happy with your experience this time around on Bachelor in Paradise?
01:28Or at least, you, this is your multiple time.
01:30Yeah.
01:30No, I mean, I've experienced every kind of emotion, you know, doing these shows.
01:34You know, I'm, you know, obviously, it never ends up perfect, but, you know, I'm happy.
01:39You know, I did it, and I did it for a reason, so I'm happy.
01:42It'll be exciting to watch both of our journeys play out.
01:45Yeah, journeys, definitely.

01:47But you're happy with how it all came to be?
01:50Yeah, I don't think there's any regrets on either of our ends.

01:56Is there anything you can tease about?
01:59Something happened.

02:22I think we're on the same page with Mike and Pete.

02:25I think they're both great guys and would be great leads for the show.

02:29And who may be of someone who isn't or hasn't been on Bachelor in Paradise that you would love to see next season?

02:50I mean, you guys find so many friendships.
02:52What's that like for you guys to sort of continue to sort of be within Bachelor Nation and form these really long-lasting friendships?
02:59I think we go through an experience that not many people can really relate to or understand.
03:04So that kind of bonds us.
03:05Definitely.
03:06I mean, I'm still friends with people from my season, which was seven years ago.
03:10All of the seasons, I have at least one or two people that I'm in touch with, you know, pretty on a day-by-day basis.
03:14So I think it's great.
03:16Is there anything that, since you've been sort of within Bachelor Nation the longest, have you seen, like, any major changes from, like, when you first started your journey to now?
03:25Like, even just as a whole?
03:26Yeah, tell us, old man.
03:27No, I mean, I think it's all similar.
03:30I mean, everyone kind of comes in with this, with the mentality of they want to, you know, either how they want to approach it.
03:35Do they want to have a good time, or do they want to meet someone, or do they want to do both?
03:38So I think it's still very similar to when I first started doing it a long time ago.
03:42And Demi has a very, you know, groundbreaking arc this season.
03:46And what's that been like for you guys to sort of be a part of her journey, even if not romantically, but just there with her and sort of have her dealing with these feelings and all of that?
03:57Yeah. I think it's really cool to watch her journey unfold, and just to see how strong she is. And just to have all of our support. It's definitely something.
04:07Yeah, and just to be part of her journey is awesome. Definitely.
04:09Okay. And I know we did the Bachelor Winter Games when the Winter Olympics were happening, and I know it kind of falls in around the same time as Paradise, but would you guys be down for like a Summer Olympics edition?
04:19Oh my gosh, hands down.
04:20I feel like I'd be better at Summer Olympics.
04:21Yeah.
