01:14According to AOL, Justin was supposed to show up to Pencils of Promise 10th anniversary celebration at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, but he cancelled last minute.
01:23Apparently Justin was on his way to the event and in the middle of his flight he suffered a panic attack.
01:29The site claims there was a video of Justin telling people at the event he couldn't make it due to quote personal issues.
01:34Adding to this, just a couple days ago there was a video of Justin and Hailey reportedly getting into an argument.
01:40We can't show the footage, but the newlyweds were seen walking out the back of a restaurant in LA with Hailey's father, Stephen Baldwin.
01:48The video doesn't really show a confrontation between Justin and Hailey, but witnesses claim they were arguing.
01:54It's unclear what it was about, however Hailey's dad was seen playfully patting Justin on the butt as they headed to their car and then speaking to Hailey alone for a moment.
