00:19took over his Instagram to tell fans that the rapper has finally checked himself into rehab.

00:24Recall last month we told you when Xan first revealed that he would be entering rehab.

00:34problems and stuff and I just feel like it's time to get you know better.

00:46Well now TMZ reports that the reason it took so long for Xan to check himself in was because the

00:50facility he was going to had a mix up with patients staying longer than anticipated and Xan had to be

00:56pushed back. Still good to see him sticking to his promise of getting clean though.

01:01Moving on to Drake for a second. Back in September we told you about Drake filing a lawsuit against

01:06Instagram model Layla Lace. Drizzy's legal action was in response to Layla's 2017 allegations that

01:12Drake assaulted her and then got her pregnant. Well now TMZ reports that Layla and Drizzy have

01:16resolved their legal battle. The report says Layla will bypass going to trial if she sticks to the deal,

01:22which requires her to refrain from making any quote statements alleging or insinuating that

01:27Drake assaulted her, got her pregnant and abandoned her. Drake's attorney Larry Stein told TMZ while

01:33Drake appreciates the support he has received, he asked that his fans and media to allow both parties

01:40to move on with their lives. But okay it's Tekashi time. TMZ reports the rapper was quote G checked when

01:46he first arrived at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. The site says 6ix9ine was

01:51confronted by inmates affiliated with the Crips who stepped up to him to see if he was a real gangster

01:56or just a wannabe. According to his lawyer Lance Lazaro, 6ix9ine was quote not scared nor did he request

02:03being removed. Reportedly the Bureau of Prisons acted on the threats against Tekashi and moved him to

02:08a new facility. TMZ also reports that law enforcement is convinced 6ix9ine was the one that ordered a hit on

02:15Chief Keef in June. In a video shot in late May, Tekashi FaceTimed Chief Keef's cousin reportedly

02:20asking him where he was and ends the conversation by saying I got a 30 pack on him right now.

02:26Law enforcement told the site quote this is no coincidence. We believe the video is directly
