00:05Liza Koshy and David Dobrik reveal the reason they broke up in an emotional video.

00:18reveal to fans that they have officially broken up and are weirdly pretty energized by it.

00:23Today's gonna be a different kind of video. We're gonna be doing the Whisper Challenge.

00:27Hey, we're not together anymore. David and I aren't together anymore.

00:31Uh-huh. That's cool. What are you doing later? I don't know.

00:34Liza reveals she initiated the breakup six months ago and explains why they didn't reveal it to fans sooner.

00:40It's the kind of stuff that I didn't realize, Tumblr quotes, like,

00:43you'll love yourself before you can love anybody else, kind of stuff.

00:46And we didn't tell you guys for six months, and I'm pregnant for nine months, and...

00:52This breakup announcement is so much better than just posting some lame notes app stating

00:56on Twitter.

00:57But after getting their act together, David explains Liza's reasoning for calling it quits.

01:02Liza broke up with me because she felt like we've been kind of distant,

01:06because we've just been so busy, period. As much as I hate to admit it,

01:09I was feeling that on my side too, but I just don't have the balls to kind of pull the trigger on that.

01:14While Liza and David lived together in L.A., they were apart for months while she was hosting TRL in New York City.

01:20I'm gonna find out what it takes to be a street performer.

01:27Liza's also set to host another Viacom reboot, Double Dare, so it might be a case of being too busy to be with your other half.

01:35Still, Liza and David are trying to dig deep and explain why they couldn't come to grips about their split until now.

01:41We didn't want to tell anybody, because we just didn't understand what was going on.

01:44We were just, I think we were both just so angry at the fact that we even distanced in the first place,

01:49because I love him, and he is my best friend, and it sucked.

01:51This obviously hasn't hurt their sense of humor, though, because Liza and David are still making time to diss each other's future partners.

01:58If Liza goes out and finds another boy, we will destroy him.

02:02He's my rock, and he's not going anywhere.

02:05So suck on that, future girlfriend, because this one's mine.

02:09I haven't been this confused or emotional over a YouTube video since Logan Paul went on a long walk in the woods.
