00:00Wait, for real?
00:02For real?
00:04Season one is its own thing. Season two is to prove that season one was awesome.
00:10But season three is just like...
00:12That's an interesting way to put it.
00:14...a whole different thing. What can you tell us that is not secrets to expect for season three?
00:20So much.
00:22I know!
00:24Yeah, we all want to make sure that we don't give out any big spoilers because Terry Minsky, our show's creator, hates spoilers.
00:31But I think season one was a lot about Andy and her figuring out her family dynamic.
00:36Season two is kind of all about that growing, like, this friendship and this family and finding out the dynamics of that.
00:44Season three, we see some of those relationships fall apart.
00:47We see some of them build, we see some of them grow, and we see them fall apart too.
00:51So there's, there's a lot of drama. As Sophia Wiley likes to say, there's some tea.
00:55There's some tea!
00:57I know, that's a great way to put season threes. There's a lot of, like, falling apart both.
01:02So, uh, growing back together even stronger because of that.
01:06I never really even thought of season three in that way, but that's just, I think that's the perfect way to describe it.
01:11Yeah, and I think through those relationships sort of falling apart, um, the characters start to see what really matters, you know?
01:19And they, they really start to understand that undying love that's at the foundation of all the relationships.
01:25Um, so through those struggles and, um, the hardships in their relationships, they really find, um, the heart and soul of, um, every one of the relationships.
01:37What it means. Yeah.
01:38And there's a lot of new characters that are going to be introduced.
01:40Oh, yeah.
01:42And they're good characters, just a lot of new drinks.
01:46With, with the good characters and the relationships, for Sophia, is, uh, are we gonna see your character in a relationship possibly?
01:54Woo!
01:55Woo!
01:56You dropped it!
01:57Yeah!
01:58Asking the heart out there!
01:59A lot of speculation about that because in the trailer that has just been posted, the extended trailer, um, for season three, there is a part where we see Walker and, uh, Buffy says, he's here to see me.
02:14And everyone was shook, oh my gosh.
02:16Shook it!
02:17Shook it!
02:18Shook it!
02:19Shook it!
02:20Shook it!
02:21People were freaking out, um, and I mean, I was too when I read the script because I never would have thought that would have happened because there was a lot of, who is Buffy's crush?
02:29Oh, and now it's kind of confirmed, but also not.
02:32So I know everybody is going to be able to see more background of what that truly is and what it turns out to be.
02:40Yes, I think you'll see a lot of the characters developing relationships with new characters.
02:45Um, and as the characters all, as the core, the, the four of us sort of grow up and develop relationships with other people, how our relationship with each other sort of changes and evolves.
02:57Mm-hmm.
02:58If that makes any sense.
02:59It makes sense.
03:00And what can you say on top of that with Andy and Jonah after the summer?
03:04Like, where are we?
03:05Where's that Jandy drama?
03:06Where are we?
03:07Yeah, well, I sent you a song, I mean.
03:09Yeah.
03:10You sound like I went to camp.
03:11Come on.
03:12Yeah.
03:13Um, I think Andy and Jonah have always had this very interesting dynamic because they're constantly
03:17walking this line between, are they friends?
03:19Are they more?
03:20Um, and I think neither one of them wants to ruin what they already have, you know, that-
03:25Love will find a way.
03:30Maybe.
03:31Um, yeah, it's confusing though.
03:32It's like one day, like, she'll be like, hey, I like you.
03:34And then the next day it's like, oh, we're not together.
03:36She'll be like, leave me alone, creep.
03:37So it's like, aww.
03:39They're better off as friends, let's be honest.
03:41Fair enough.
03:42Fair enough.
03:43And you obviously-
03:44Asher is not a Jandy shipper.
03:45I see you.
03:46Mike, drop!
03:47Woo!
03:48You obviously know all your characters now, so when, and obviously trust the writers,
03:53but when the writers bring up something to you, do you go back and forth and say maybe
03:59my character would do something different, or?
04:03Um, I think sometimes we definitely have suggestions, especially when it comes to us doing it on the
04:10day.
04:11Um, and the director gives us a lot of suggestions on what he wants us to do, and sometimes we'll
04:17say, well, I don't know if Buffy or Andy or Jonah or whoever would specifically do that.
04:22And I think it's just because if we do have a new director, sometimes we can kind of help
04:26them get a better understanding of our characters since we've been playing them for almost three
04:31years now, which is insane, but-
04:33Yeah, I think the writers and all the directors that come onto our show, they really understand
04:39and respect that we know our characters better than almost anyone, you know?
04:44And we have lived their lives for them, and we have said the words that the writers put
04:49into their mouths.
04:50So I think there is definitely this collaboration that is constantly happening between us and
04:55the writers and directors that come in.
04:58Um, so I think it's interesting to see how from the script to the episode that's been
05:03brought to life and that's been cut by our producers, you know?
05:06Just to see how it goes from a script and from words on a page to this episode and all
05:11the different people that touched it and, um, and affected it.
05:15Um, so it becomes what it becomes, um, is really cool to see, and I'm really glad that
05:22we all get to be a part of that, that process.
05:25Thanks.
05:26So let's get started.
05:27Thanks.
