00:26agreed to get examined by two neurologists. He had extensive testing done, including

00:31a CT and PET scan. TMZ learned that both doctors diagnosed Sterling with Alzheimer's and stated

00:37he might have had the disease for as long as five years. According to Sterling's trust agreement

00:42that governs the family's ownership of the team, it provides that if two qualified doctors

00:46determine that either Shelly or Donald shows, quote, an inability to conduct business affairs

00:52in a reasonable and normal manner, then they will then be stripped of control over the team.
