A run down Hampstead mansion used as a care home for half a century has been bought by developers to be converted into 50 luxury apartments.Branch Hill House in Hampstead Village was bought for £16.4 million by developer Bentry Capital just days before the Budget. The Edwardian Baroque property is set in 1.7 acres of landscaped gardens.
