00:40Over the last three weeks we saw dethroned leaders, skimmed milk bottles and everything in between.
00:45And today we saw Ginge crowned King of the Jungle.

00:49What a king he was, right over there.
00:52So well deserved, he's actually taking his pictures right now.
00:55From the day he set foot in camp, he won us all over, whether he was standing in Ruby's light, ignoring the chores or just calling Ant and Dec pricks.

01:04And he delighted and entertained us every step of the way.
01:08Now Ginge will be joining us on our sofa later, as will Tom, Shona and H.

02:28It was absolutely brilliant.
02:30A classic year, I think.
02:31It was funny.
02:32Like, we just loved every day we'd come in and we'd watch you.
02:34And we've got little monitors in our dressing room.
02:36And we'd just watch you wake up.
02:38And then we'd watch you, like, wash and eat.
02:41And it's just the chats, I think, is what I love the most.

02:47It's so right.
02:48Obviously, Ginger's our winner is amazing.
02:50Got to shout out Tom and Shona as well for being such incredible finders, weren't they?

02:58And I think it's really, it really shows what everybody brought to this year.
03:04That even kind of into the last week, we had no idea who was going to win.

03:10And then when H went, that was like, oh, well, now all better off.
03:14We have no idea what's going on now.

03:16And also in a bunch where, like, they all really got on the whole year.
03:20And it shows that it doesn't need, like, loads of tension and arguments and conflict for it to be so watchable.

03:27Yeah, I mean, I was going to ask you guys this.
03:29You know, every morning you had that morning council.
03:32True.
03:33Was that your idea, Jack?

03:35I thought it might be.

03:39But it was such a great thing to do because, you know, you don't hang on to anything overnight.

03:47It was, yeah, just because I knew that, you know, resentments can grow and bickering.
03:52And it's such a tight-knit community of us in there.
03:55I just didn't want it to get gross.

04:03Sometimes we need that resentment to grow a little.

04:12We also had three incredible trials today.
04:15They were so, so brilliant.
04:16Well, these finalists were so good.
04:18They all delivered.
04:19I've never seen anybody attack the Eaton trial like you did, Tom.
04:24To put the whole egg and scorpion in your mouth at the same time was just unheard of.
04:30I needed the textural juxtaposition, I think.

04:53How do you boys find the final compared to the rest of the series?
04:57The final's different because it's so hectic, do you know what I mean?
04:59And you're down in camp and then you're announcing the winner.
05:02You don't really get to take it all on board.
05:04But I really enjoyed doing the second to last day when we do the three trials with you guys.
05:09Because I really feel like we have an end of series moment together, you know?
05:12Yeah.
05:13Yeah, and it's nice when they're witnessing it all.
05:14It feels like the end is so exciting.
05:15Yeah, and it was nice to have all three down there yesterday to watch each other and cheer each other on.
05:19I really like that too.
05:20Well, guys, I know it's hard to choose, but it's time to pick your favourite moment of the series.

05:28I always, by the time I get to this point, I have really fond memories of when everybody is together
05:32and they're meeting them for the first time in camp.
05:35And one of my favourite things is always them trying to get the fire started.
05:39It's always one of my favourite things is watching that.

05:46So that was my favourite moment of the whole season.

16:55Throughout this process, she's gone from being a caterpillar to a butterfly, and she
16:59doesn't need anyone to push her anymore, to just fly.

17:41You've gone through the most extraordinary experience.
17:43It makes sense why you, like, bond with them so much.
17:45And actually, you have, Joel's talking about the journey, you've been so open about your
17:50struggles, everything in your life, from the very get-go.
17:53Like, you've been so open, and it's been lovely to watch you, like, be that butterfly,
17:56like Eddie just said.
17:57And how do you think the jungle kind of changed you?
18:01I think it kind of puts you in a fight-or-flight response the whole time, especially the trials.
18:08Mm.
18:09Like, I mean, they're scary anyway, and you literally are facing your fear every time.
18:15So, for me, it was just trying to push myself a bit more every time.
18:19Yeah.
18:20But also, you've got nothing to distract you in there.
18:22You're just sort of alone with your own thoughts, and things do come up.
18:27You know, right in the beginning, me and the girls had an amazing chat, and it meant the
18:31world.
18:32It was like, it was like healing for me in here.
18:35It's like a weird thing, isn't it, like, how healthy it is to just think.
18:40Yeah.
18:40You know, we don't give ourselves enough time to think, I think, on the outside world.
18:43And you just, all you do is you sit there, and you just think, and you're still for a
18:47long time.
18:47And I think it's so good for your mental health that you've talked about a lot.
18:50It's been fantastic, but you will go down in history, I think, as one of the most
18:56unsuccessful leaders of all time.
19:02You were dethroned immediately.
19:05How did it feel when we laughed so much?
19:09But you came down, you'd made yourself a dress and a headpiece, and you were like,
19:13welcome, everybody.
19:14And then we're like, oh, no.
19:15And then immediately took it off.
19:17How did it feel?
19:19I mean, it was good while it lasted.
19:21I think I got into character.
19:23But do you know what?
19:25The butter was so worth it.
19:26Yeah.
19:27It was.
19:28It was salty and delicious.
19:29And I drank the juice, and I don't regret a thing.
