00:45:39it is a mixed verdict if you will
00:46:02it's a mixed verdict but it is a stunning victory for the defense
00:46:06when we were in the deliberation room and we've come to an agreement
00:46:17and we're only saying that he's guilty for these two counts

00:46:30we saw both sides of it and we came with our conclusions
00:46:35today's a great victory it's a great victory for sean combs
00:46:40today is a win
00:46:42i wasn't shocked by the verdict
00:46:45he knows how to control the narrative or change the narrative by throwing money at it
00:46:52sean threw good money towards a bad situation that he was in
00:46:58he threw a lot of it at that situation eight lawyers
00:47:03combs's legal team which has been dubbed the dream team it's a multi-million dollar group of lawyers
00:47:08we had a wonderful jury they listened to every word and they got the situation right
00:47:15i am of that generation who basically grew up listening to the music that he was involved in from biggie

00:47:34i even like day 26
00:47:37i wasn't like a personal fan of his but in general the music
00:47:4212 jurors looking at a celebrity for the first time
00:47:49up close and personal
00:47:52in a unique situation where they have the power over that celebrity
00:47:57it's easy for him to play on people's consciousness
00:48:03on their opinion of him
00:48:05on their thoughts of him
00:48:06on their view of him
00:48:07by just turning a pr switch on
00:48:10in the trial one of the things that blew my mind is i actually saw a huge pr machine at play
00:48:19i'm gonna be at this trial every single day i'm gonna be in the morning
00:48:23i was one of 14 members of the public that were allowed in the courtroom
00:48:28it was a lot
00:48:29other people on social media they were right there with me
00:48:33and i saw diddy's pr team working out literally talking to bloggers talking to everybody
00:48:41it's like we have a movie you're speaking this language and you know what i'm saying we need
00:48:48subtitles
00:48:48diddy's team actually approached me and said hey we want to give you the transcripts
00:48:54every day we send out a highlight of the parts that you should actually pay attention to
00:49:01and that you might want to share with your people
00:49:04now when that happened i was like okay but no thank you right
00:49:09so you have to have some sort of calms to constantly be pushing that mom you have to
00:49:15this is a 10-year relationship there was adults and consensual and everybody who was there wanted to be there
00:49:21because you may just be a person that just does you just may watch cnn
00:49:25you know what i'm saying and there's like there's nine billion people in the world
00:49:28and and seven billion of them is on instagram
00:49:31and tiktok and so you had y'all you had the wrong place looking to see what the people with the
00:49:37possible jurors are thinking
00:49:39in the lunchroom diddy's pr team was holding court
00:49:44i saw them with a lot of bloggers instagram tick tockers every day they would convene they would
00:49:52be whispering back and forth and i literally saw how something would happen in court and the same
00:49:59group of people that were like this with diddy's pr they were reporting their version of events
00:50:05and it spread everywhere
00:50:09you got a jury that's not sequestered they're going to be going home every night
00:50:13and this will be all over social media
00:50:17when they did not sequester the jurors
00:50:20i was like this can turn upside down by the end of the trial
00:50:24because i knew there would be a way in for him
00:50:27you got it all for him so
00:50:28my tripping
00:50:29cassie takes absolutely zero accountability
00:50:33cassie was pretty much the ringleader
00:50:35that bitch was going back to the freak off
00:50:38baby you went back
00:50:39being freaky is not a crime
00:50:40people have that motherfucking jury questioning everything they fucking see with their damn eyes
00:50:45for me staying out of social media and things wasn't difficult
00:50:51but um some people i know were were like fiending to get back onto instagram

00:51:10the jurors definitely started to feel that there was a major shift in tone of energy towards
00:51:18closing arguments they were saying things like this was a modern day love story
00:51:22you didn't see any force fraud or coercion between cassie and sean
00:51:27that was a very very interesting relationship
00:51:32there's two people in in love you know they are like overly loved
00:51:37you cannot explain she wanted to be with him
00:51:41he took her for granted he never thought that she'd leave her
00:51:45so it's like both hands clapping together

00:51:50the both hands like this then you get the noise
00:51:53do you believe that sean combs is a violent person
00:51:56based on that intercontinental video he can be

00:52:27the very next day the following day if you see how they are getting back together and exchanging text messages
00:52:35and like nothing ever happened so now we are confused
00:52:39what's what's going on here he's beating her next minute they are going on
00:52:44dinners and trips it's like going back and forth back and forth back and forth
00:52:50allegations of i was forced i had to say are nonsense she could have done whatever she wanted to do
00:52:58that's my answer i mean if you don't like something you completely

00:53:29their reaction to all of the testimony where the judge threatened to remove combs from the courtroom
00:53:36at one point the judge did reprimand him for nodding at the jury did you ever make eye contact with sean
00:53:42no no no no no no we we are not supposed to if they catch you doing eye contacts or any other
00:53:53gestures you'll be removed you'll be kicked out there were times where he would feel strongly i guess
00:54:01for something and would not but that's pretty much all it was it wasn't anything crazy or like
00:54:09it wasn't like he was trying to sway us it was i think it was more of just him as a person just
00:54:15reacting to whatever was being said and forgetting where he was at the time it's funny because i
00:54:22remember that nod watching making of the band like he would do that often i think that's just his go-to
00:54:32if he felt it was something that he wanted i guess approval on he would look towards us and be like
00:54:39you heard that and sometimes look over to us like can you believe they said that
00:54:45in his facial expressions what the what you just got
00:54:51it was funny to see because i had the same facial expressions that he did at times
00:54:56when it was something that um someone said and it's like that didn't make much sense
00:55:01like what um i think the the biggest one i remember was when capricorn clark um said something about
00:55:16being kidnapped jurors heard the emotional testimony from capricorn clark she alleges the music mogul
00:55:23kidnapped and threatened described her relationship with combs as quote complicated everything that i
00:55:29said in court is mad real i said i've been kidnapped with a gun my life has been threatened i've watched
00:55:37him beat up his girlfriend and we went to murder somebody but that jury in there that day i knew
00:55:46they didn't believe anything i mean uh it's hard to believe it's hard to believe i think we kind of
00:55:55i think the whole juror the room felt that that question mark pop up i'm watching them as they relate
00:56:03to him i think they all kind of had a like for puff whenever they looked over at puff it was like
00:56:10like buddy buddy they were starstruck i never looked at him once but every time i caught the
00:56:20glance of him in the corner of my eye he would make me cry i cried a lot in there because i was like
00:56:27this is a nightmare you look like a walking corpse puff i'm hearing some disgusting stuff
00:56:36and i have to re-traumatize myself about what you took from me but what happened to you
00:56:44capricorn clark had a lot of information that was very emotional she's remembering these events
00:56:54more than a decade ago and with the emotion attached to it maybe the details are skewed but the problem is

00:58:36way responsible i'm at really a loss i'm very emotional i'm just i feel blessed but you still have a
00:58:44victim road that leads to sean combs some pretty explosive allegations tonight against p diddy

01:00:48shocking allegations they even accuse him of ordering the hit that killed rapper tupac shakur this is a
01:00:54terrorist organization that uses fear violence and the threat of violence to take money from people

01:01:13but i was looked on as that has to be a lie right now the judge did say this looks like it will be
01:01:20dismissed after the filing of the lawsuit i did not succeed and then i was banished from the business
01:01:31for 25 years i was basically blacklisted and banned next thing you know shelters homelessness
01:01:43we're showing sometimes you're humiliated sometimes you're made an example of
01:01:51sometimes violent things happen to you
01:01:53through the years a lot of bad things happen to good friends
01:02:07as bottomless as the hole as you think he's in he comes up out like a whirlwind and like a shooting

01:02:17i made the big mistake in my life to think that when you are championing someone and taking care
01:02:26of them and you have their back and you are the holder of their secrets

01:02:43and the way he handled me was to erase me
