Nigel Farage announces Lord Offord has defected to Reform UK

Mr Farage said he was “delighted” to welcome Lord Offord to Reform, describing his defection as “a brave and historic act”. He added: “He will take Reform UK Scotland to a new level.”

00:59He's currently the treasurer of the Conservative Party in Scotland.

01:09He's also, he also sits in the House of Lords as a front bench spokesman for the Conservative Party.

01:36Because he's coming on as a Conservative.

01:38But I suspect in a few minutes' time, he might just have changed his political allegiance.
