00:54We are at Criss Cross Skating Rink in Leki Phase One.

00:57How to get prepared for skating.

00:59So, first off, these are your skating socks.

01:03Because our skates have a tall boot, it just helps to one, protect against friction,

01:11and then two, also help to maintain the hygiene of the socks.

01:17Now, I've seen people take some epic falls on skates,

01:20but I've never actually tried it myself until today.

01:23Criss Cross has one of the largest outdoor skating rinks in Lagos

01:27and is the perfect spot whether you're a beginner or a certified skater.

01:31Whether it's a family day out, meet up with a squad,

01:35or even just fun with friends, the rink brings the vibe.

01:42Number four was great, and I'll definitely be doing it again.

01:45However, it's time to up the ante.

01:48Coming in hot at number three, we are at Wee Land Climbing,

01:51a rock climbing center also at Landmark in Oniru.

01:55The basic, you know, climbing is we start actually from our tongue to our finger.

02:01So, you have to 100% trust your tongue, and then turn, release your hands, and sit, squirt.
