Join Tommy on a playful adventure of fruit, friendship, and doing the right thing!

Lyrics:
In a sunny town, not far away,
Where fruit carts lined the streets each day,
There lived a boy—just five, not more,
Who loved to visit the corner store.

His name was Tommy—bright and small,
With curious eyes and heart of all.
He’d run each week with coins in hand,
To Mr. Mango’s fruit-filled stand.

Mr. Mango (smiling):
“Hello there, champ! What will it be?
Apples, grapes, or a peach from me?”
Tommy (grinning):
“A juicy pear and two plums too—
And maybe one banana… or two!”

But as he paid and turned to go,
He saw a bag dropped down below.
A little pouch, zipped up quite tight,
It sparkled faintly in the light.
Tommy (whispering):
“Huh? What’s this bag? It isn’t mine…
But maybe I could keep it… fine?”

He peeked inside—his eyes went wide!
Gold coins were tucked and stacked with pride.
Enough to buy a bike or kite,
Or sweets and toys and treats all night!

Tommy (thinking):
“No one saw me… no one knows…
But something’s tickling in my toes.”
Tommy (worried):
“If I keep it, would it be fair?
What if someone needs it there?”

He stared awhile, his fingers tight,
Then turned back round to do what’s right.
He walked up slow, heart in a race,
And handed it with gentle grace.

Tommy (shyly):
“Mr. Mango… I found this near—
A coin bag dropped—was someone here?”
Mr. Mango (surprised):
“Oh, bless your heart! That’s old Miss Dee’s!
She buys fruit here—she’ll sure be pleased!”

Miss Dee returned with worried pace,
Her wrinkled hands, her puzzled face.
But when she saw her coin-filled sack,
She smiled so wide—it all came back!

Miss Dee (joyful):
“My goodness, child! You found it true?
How very honest, brave of you!”

She bought him apples, gave him cheer,
And whispered softly in his ear…

Miss Dee (gently):
“You’re rich already—heart so bright.
No coin could buy what you did right.”
