00:313-0. You're going under 10 on the back.
00:33Okay, so Paige, just to update you, so the timer is 0-300 hours.
00:38I'm now arresting you on suspicion of murder, okay?
00:40So you do not have to say anything, but it may harm a defence if you do not mention when questioned,
00:44something which you later are in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence.
00:47It's all right? Do you understand?
00:48All right.
00:49Okay.
00:51This footage was taken on the day before the incident.
00:53Miss Poulton told the jury she armed herself only to scare Mr Cadwalader away,
00:59but when he ran at her with a guard and chair, the blade proved fatal.
01:03Miss Burn, however, claimed that her partner had made no threats throughout the night
01:07and picked up the chair only to defend himself from Miss Poulton.
01:11Mr Cadwalader was rushed to Maidstone Hospital, where resuscitation attempts failed to save him.
