00:00so now let's create our list with data validation so for that i need to go around over here on to

00:11uh let's say for example on to data tab and then you need to go to data validation and then choose

00:18data validation right here so once you go ahead and do that you need to choose list and then you

00:23can see that it actually asks for a source right here so now first of all i need to go ahead and

00:30add in a source right here so it can be in another uh cell or in the same cell but i'm just going to

00:36go around over here uh onto a different cell right here that is a different sheet so here let's say

00:41for example i'm going to say first grade right here and then i'm just going to go around and then drag

00:47this out right here just like this so i'm just going to go around over here uh right here and

00:53then say second grade let's say for example i'm just going to go around over here and drag this

00:59out right here and then you can see that i can have till 10th grade so if i were to actually go around

01:05over here onto c2 now let me just add in the drop down over here so to do that i need to go around

01:10over here onto data validation go to data validation right here and then you can go around over here onto

01:17list go around over here onto shores and then go to seat right here select out all right

01:23here and press enter and press ok right here so once you go ahead and do that you can expand this

01:29out and you can see the all of the grades right here just like this you can go ahead and choose

01:34that and this is what you have you can even go around over here and remove out a grade let's say

01:39for example then you don't have that grade there anymore right here so you can simply go around and

01:45let's say for example say 11th grade right here or even you can go ahead and insert out another column

01:51and let's say for example type in let's say for example uh 12th grade right here just like this

01:58then you will be able to see that list right here just like this so you can go ahead and copy and

02:04paste this out and you can go around over here select out whatever you want right here from the

02:09drop down list so that is how you can go ahead and list out with data validation inside of microsoft
