00:00The Independent Commission for Infrastructure, or ICI, reminded Davao First District Representative

00:05Paulo Pulong Duterte that it is clear under Executive Order No. 94,

00:11stating that the commission is mandated to investigate anomalous projects and infrastructures

00:16and all persons possibly involved in the scam.

00:20This is after Congressman Duterte refused the ICI's invitation as well as insisting

00:25the commission has no jurisdiction and power over lawmakers.

00:30According to Executive Director Attorney Brian Keith Hosaka,

00:34until there is no court declaring the commission has no authority,

00:38it will continue to perform its duty.
