00:11In Sumatra, people are afraid the floods could return after more than 800 lives were lost
00:17and thousands were forced from their homes.
00:20Many families are still missing and rescue teams are struggling to reach remote areas.
00:25Survivors say their houses are filled with mud and they cannot return.
00:31Power cuts, water shortages and damaged roads are making recovery even harder.
00:39This is our village that has been completely hit by the floods.
00:43We ask for your support and prayers and if possible assistance through aid deliveries.
00:49Please help us urgently because many residents in the upper villages still need help.
