02:14We're also leading with the Maltina brand to set up this light up in these locations.
02:20First of all, to bring happiness, to bring joy, and to bring light to the people of Nigeria.
02:26The Christmas season, we always know, all over the world, you see the festive light tops in so many locations.
02:34Nigerians don't get to see enough of this.
02:37And we really wanted to bring this, not just to Lagos, but across Nigeria.
02:43For Lagos, we're very intentional about picking Lagos mainland.
02:46Because, I mean, a lot of people know that not too much happens here.
02:50But there are a lot of people that want to experience Christmas at its heart here in Lagos.
02:55And so, the Lagos mainland was the perfect hub for us to bring this to life.
03:00Second of all, we picked Abuja, which is the heart of Nigeria.
03:05That's our capital city.
03:07That's where everybody that needs to see what is happening in Nigeria goes to.
03:11And, of course, Ibadan.
03:13Why not Ibadan?
03:14I mean, we have the long railway train that leads you from Lagos to Ibadan.
03:18Ibadan is the next biggest city in the west of Nigeria.
03:21And so, those three cities were very important for us.
03:24And this is why we picked it.
03:26We're sharing, nourishing happiness.
03:28We want families to come out and experience the joy that Maltina brings.
03:33But also bring the brightness, the light, that lights up and warms the heart of bonding and connecting in this festive season.
03:41We want them to come here and experience it.
03:43Some people, this is their Christmas.
03:45Every Nigerian deserves to be happy.
03:48And Maltina is bringing the happiness closer to every doorstep in this country this festive season.

04:38We started with Lagos because actually Nigerian breeze started in Lagos.
04:43So, Lagos is very close to our heart because in 1946, everything started here in Lagos.

04:54So, we wanted to start this legendary Christmas in Lagos.

05:25It is with great pleasure that I join you all this evening at this remarkable event, the official launch of the Light of Lagos initiative, a key highlight of the festive season and a significant addition to the creative and tourism landscape of Lagos State.
05:45My name is Sandra Macri.
05:48I work with Nigerian breeze as head of marketing communications.
05:51I mean, this year, Christmas definitely feels different, but overall, it feels much, much special.
05:57Maltina and the Amstel Motor brand are taking it upon themselves to really light up the season.
06:02And so, Nigerian breeze are going to be lighting up over 13 kilometers of road across Nigeria in Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Abba, Port Harkot, as well as Enogo.
06:13And really, for us in Nigerian breeze, it's all about bringing smiles on the faces of our consumers and all our wishers out there.
06:20And it's such a joyful moment to be here.
06:22You can see the light here, you know, Bafemi, Aulawawi, really looking beautiful and really sparking that spirit of Christmas.
06:28Yeah, we also have concerts as well as various events across the country.
06:33We're going to be part of the tropical Christmas wonderland that happens in Lagos.
06:37And even beyond that, Christmas is all about giving, right?
06:39I mean, is it even the season if there is no gifting?
06:42And so, Maltina is going to be delivering joy across to thousands of homes in Nigeria.

06:52These activities will stimulate local commerce, encourage creativity among our roots,
