00:55Youngboy will have to attend a hearing in regards to his probation status on August 30th
00:59and if a judge determines that he violated the terms of his probation,

01:10the rapper was found guilty yesterday in his Swedish bra case
01:13but will not have to serve any time in prison.
01:16Despite being able to maintain his freedom,
01:18Rocky took to Instagram to express his disappointment in the verdict.
01:21The Harlem rapper goes on to thank everyone for their support during the ordeal
01:25and says that he's just going to keep moving forward.
01:28But alright, to other legal drama,
01:30The Blast reports that Cardi B is asking a judge to throw out a lawsuit
01:34accusing her of ripping off art for her mixtape cover.
01:37The man, Kevin Michael Brophy Jr.,
01:40claims that Cardi used a photo of his back tattoo for her mixtape
01:43without his permission and without paying him.
01:46In newly filed documents obtained by the site,
01:49Cardi calls Brophy's lawsuit nothing but a transparent attempt
01:52at a celebrity shakedown.
01:53She continued by saying the mixtape photo was never sold separately,
01:57never used in merchandise,
01:58and the mixtape was being released free of charge for much of its life.
02:02The lawsuit first popped up back in 2017
02:04and this isn't Cardi's first time trying to get it thrown out.
02:07The case reportedly dragged on this long because of Cardi's pregnancy
02:10and her unanticipated postpartum complications.
02:13But okay, it's no secret that Billie Eilish was a huge fan of X and his music.
02:17Now in a new interview with XXL, Billie spoke about her respect for X
02:22once again and even called the late rapper a tortured genius
02:25when talking about his music and why it's still so popular.

02:36I had no idea who he was or anything about his backstory at all.

02:42because it wasn't something I had heard before.
