00:00The biggest challenge for our customers today is understanding how they need to prioritize, what they need to do first.
00:06There's so many news stories, there's so many things, there's so many compliance regimes,
00:11and helping customers get started and work on the fundamentals is one of the most important things that we do.
00:17It's been said many times at this conference and in many other venues that AI is going to transform everything.
00:24And I don't want to sound like a cliché, but I honestly believe that to be true.
00:27We've been using AI internal to the security team in all of the stages of our business.
00:33And with all of the services that AWS offers, this is something that every team should start using today.
00:40We use it in our assurance organization to generate evidence, to answer questionnaires.
00:45We use it in our operations teams to help triage tickets.
00:49We use it in our application security team.
00:51In fact, we launched the security agent today, which is built on the work that we've done internal to the security team.
00:56And so AI is honestly pervading everything that we do.
